Aromatherapy Essential Oils has been practice for thousands of years, it promote benefits and health in physical, mental and also spiritual. The benefits of using aromatherapy essential oils has been trusted and practice for centuries.
Aromatherapy benefits is not just smell good, it helps in various way, especially in relaxation. It is also able to change our mood easily. These essence contain the vitamins and nutrients that keep the plant alive, keep it free from disease and grow healthy. These parts of the plants are highly sensitive and can be damaged if not properly processed. It takes about 30 petals of a rose to make a single drop of rose essential oil. That’s why essential oil are very precious and more expensive if compare to the fragrance oils.
