How to get started with Aromatherapy Essential Oils?

2. Start with a few simple oils. For beginners, it is best to start with a few basic essential oils before building a big collection of essential oils. It is important that you do not waste money on the oils that are not suitable for you. The essential oils that is great for beginners include Lavender Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil and Lemon Essential Oil. Just make sure they are pure.
Lavender Essential Oil - Great relaxation. Use a few drops will help you to sleep well.
Tea Tree Essential Oil - Great antiseptic, help improve respiratory immune system.
Rosemary Essential Oil - Better concentration. Use in your study room or office.
Lemon Essential Oil- Great deodorant. Use to fresh up a musty room.
Note: The simplest way is to put a drop or two essential oils onto a cotton ball and place it in a place where you able to feel the scent.
3. Storage Box. The essential oils should not expose to heat and lights, proper storage will ensure the quality of your essential oils. You can purchase a wooden box for storage or you may just make a covered cardboard box, it will be good enough for beginners. Store your essential oils in a cool dry place.
After trying the simple oils that you have and find it suitable for you, and you wish to continue exploring the wonderful world of Aromatherapy Essential Oils, then get a good aromatherapy book for reference. It will be very helpful. Keep learning and testing, you will have very good knowledge in Aromatherapy in no time!
