Sleep Disorders Solution with Aromatherapy
Sleep disorders have become a problem for many people, and it is getting worst because of the busy modern living style nowadays. Many people didn’t even realized that they have sleep disorders problems, the symptoms of sleeping disorders include load snoring, waking up sweating or gasping for air, headache/sore throat/feeling unfresh or tire in the morning are all the symptons of sleep disorders.

Remember to reduce the usage of essential oils by half if you want to use essential oils to help your children sleep deeply. BUT DO NOT APPLY ANY ESSENTIAL OILS FOR NEW BORN BABIES!
