Memory Recall Synergy Essential Oil Recipe

Aromatherapy Essential Oils Improve memory and concentration, this has been proven. By selecting proper essential oils, it helps us to ease our mind, relax, concentrate and recall information.

Scent will trigger and recall our memory of a special event or memory. A particular cologne might make you suddenly think of you ex-boyfriend when you smell the same scent of the cologne he use before. The oatmeal cookie’s smell might remind you of your mother.

The below blend can help enhance concentration and memory recall.

5 parts Lemon Essential Oils

3 parts Basil essential Oils

2 parts Rosemary Essential Oils

Make an ample amount by using drop-full measurements to use for a diffuser.  Simply diffuse throughout the room. If using potpourri burner or aroma lamp, only a few drops will be needed.

The easiest way is using the evaporation method, just drops the essential oils in the cotton ball or tissue and place in room. It will sure help you to concentrate and improve your memory, especially while studying.

Essential oils that increase alertness and help recall memory are basil, lemon, rose, peppermint, pine, eucalyptus and rosemary.

When using Aromatherapy Essential Oils, it is important that you follow all the safety precautions as some of the oils may be dangerous if we misused. Always remember that Aromatherapy Essential Oils should not be used as a substitute for proper medical treatment.
