1~ 2 cups cold water

2 tsp baking soda

4 drops Lavender essential oils

2 drops Chamomile essential oils

Add the vinegar, witch hazel and water into basin. To the baking soda, add the essential oils and mix well. Add the mixture to the water and stir well. Soak the face towel and wring the water from it, apply the towel to the rash. Change the compress once it becomes body temperature or begins to dry. Apply 3 times a day as needed.
