Mouthwash Recipe
Bad breath or “halitosis” is a common ailment if we have poor digestive system. Patient who suffer from diabetes, kidney related problem, cirrhosis of liver, stomach ulcer, lung cancer, as well as people who facing digestive system problem, will have significant changes in breath odor.
Beside medicine treatment, easy and effective mouthwash is all we need. Peppermint essential oil is best known for its beneficial effect on the digestive system, most notably for bad breath. That’s why many oral care products, including mouth spray, mouth washes, tooth paste even candies incorporate mint flavour!

Mouthwash recipe
1 cup distilled water (or sage herbal tea)
1 teaspoon raw honey
Peppermint essential oil 2 drops
Spearmint essential oil 2 drops
Anise essential oil 1 drop
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
