Bergamot is small, yellowish colored and roughly pear-shaped fragrant citrus fruit. The citrus fruit blossom during spring and it originate from Asia. Today it is commercially grown in Italy, Argentina, Brazil and USA. It is widely use in Earl Grey tea because of its fresh aroma. Bargamot is also popularly use in aromatherapy essential oils as an alternative medicine.
