Unlike the conventional antibiotic, which killed harmful bacteria together with good bacteria during the healing process, essential oils are “probiotic”, it does not kill pathogenic bacteria, but tent to leave beneficial bacteria (intestinal flora) to fight with the harmful bacteria. It is a natural healing process, thus no undesirable side effect.
Essential oils act very quickly in body, some can even be detected in breath within a few minutes after apply on skin or inhalation. Essential oils will be eliminated from body within several hours, it does not accumulate in the body and it is more safe to use. If essential oils is used in a purpose to healing certain disease, it is a need to keep the application to keep level of essential oils active in the body.
Remember, when it comes to essential oils, Less Is More. Consistent but low doses are safest and more effective.
